School Lunch Program Enters Fourth Month

Africa Aid and implementation partner SHIFSD have concluded three months of the School Lunch Program in Buduburam. Attendance records have improved dramatically, and parents around Buduburam have been flooding the SHIFSD office trying to register their children for the Accelerated Learning Program.
Fund raising continues as Africa Aid strives to provide nutritious meals for the remainder of the school year. Thanks to significant private donations and an unprecedented amount of t-shirt sales these past few months, Africa Aid has raised nearly 85% of the funding required for the duration of the School Lunch Program.
