An integral part of the School Lunch Program is the 10-minute nutritional education lesson. Your donation will ensure that these refugee children are equipped with the necessary supplies to learn important health lessons that will last a lifetime.

At $0.20 per child per day, the feeding program ensures that every refugee child enrolled in the School Lunch Program gets one nutritious meal per day and an education that will empower them the rest of their lives.

In addition to the nutritious daily meal, the School Lunch Program provides clean drinking water to all 203 refugee children, reinforcing the importance of hydration and linking it to nutrition.

Africa Aid has hired mothers of the participant children as cooks in the Africa Aid School Lunch kitchen. Your donations offer job security to these mothers and ensure that they receive a fair living wage according to Ghanaian cost of living.
